Quality policy
Industrial Machine Service s.r.o. is committed to implementing a quality management system according to DIN EN ISO 9001 2009 (hereinafter referred to as ISO 9001).
In 2001, for the first time, our company was subject to the requirements of the audit team from STAVCERT PRAGUE,s.r.o., where it fulfilled the requirements of the aforementioned standards and is certified by the introduction of ISO 9001 standards.
Company management bases its business activities on basic strategy, which consists of:
- Ensuring high quality of its products,
according to customer requirements, possibly in shorter timelines and
corresponding to the prices offered at the local or possibly European level
which reflects our market position in the field of engineering.
Basic quality policy, which is based on this strategy, is thus determined by the following statement:
- The organization is committed to
continually improve the quality of all processes in the implementation of
orders so as to achieve their transfer free of defects or from incomplete work which
prevents usage, and thus constantly maintain and strengthen trust and customer
satisfaction.
The quality policy is based on the following principles:
- consistent application of the principles
established by its quality management system IMS
- customer is the main evaluator of the
organization's processes,
- support the quality policy as announced
by the management's short-term quality goals,
- organization will build partnerships with
their suppliers, thereby benefiting both sides,
- organization will contractually transfer
customer’s requirements to its suppliers,
- managements will evaluate the
effectiveness of the quality policy periodically,
- periodic review and reassessment of the
strategy of the organization, quality policy and milestones in the examination
of the quality management system, must lead to the continuous improvement of
efficiency not only in the quality management system but also in the economic
position of the organization.
